I just landed from Los Angeles and see an email stating my frames gave shipped? Is this true? Thank you so much for making this happen so quickly. I'm sorry to have been such a challenge! And although This order had challenges, because of your fantastic customer service I will continue to use your company for future orders.

I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it\'s 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.

Thanks Roberto and Staff. Our orders arrived this afternoon, all in perfect order. We are delighted with the giclee prints on canvas and we will now begin to promote this new format along with the very successful metal prints. Terrific work, everyone. Will be submitting a new order by the end of the week or early next week.
